I offer assessment, diagnosis and treatment for a range of mental health concerns relating to Mood, Anxiety and PTSD.
I can also support you to enhance your Self-Esteem, overcome Addiction, better your Relationships or to be Resilient in the face of Loss or Change.
I am here to listen and support your needs using approaches and experience from a range of treatment models including; CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.

Clinical Neuro-Psychology
I can support the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of neuropsychological concerns including;
ADHD, Autism, FND, Dementia, Learning Difficulties and Brain Injury.
I have proficencies working both in the community and acute neuro-rehab services supporting neuro-psychological assessment and neuro-rehabiltation.

Clinical Health Psychology
I have supported hundreds of clients who were struggling to manage and adjust to chronic health diagnosis' including; Cancer, Chronic Pain and Brain Injury.

Medico-legal
I have experience supporting individuals who may require psychological or neuropsychological assessment, diagnosis or treatment needs who are involved with legal proceedings.
I have completed Comprehensive Psychological, Cognitive and Capacity assessments and reports for the courts.
I am a qualified Expert Witnesss with many years of experience working with a diversity of client needs identified by the courts.

About me
Like so many, I have suffered a great deal of loss, pain and anxiety in my life. I understand how this has prompted my passion to help others who may also be struggling.
For the last 20 years I have dedicated my life to developing my clinical skills in psychology having worked in many contexts including; homelessness, mental health, addiction and with health related difficulties such as chronic pain and ABI.
I am an experienced, curious and compassionate therapist who genuinely wants to get to know you and your needs so we can work together to support you to have a more safe, connected and value driven life.
